Figure of 8 suitable for 9-13mm rope A high spec figure of 8 for controlled lowering and abseiling manufactured from high strength aluminium alloy. It has a large eye with room for an extra karabiner and the wings prevent the rope rolling into a locked position. Finish is hard anodised to 30 micron and has an MBS* of 35kN All karabiners are 100% inspected and supplied with test certification. *The MBS is the minimum breaking strain of the product it should not be exposed to a load of more than 1/5 of the MBS under normal use.
